Carers Count makes sure that carers get the benefits and services they are entitled to. Services include: 

• Advocacy service 
• Group work / art therapy 
• Bereavement group (You do not need to be a carer to access this group) 
• Training courses 
• Help in planning for the future 
• Tea / coffee meetings

For further advice / information or to register as a Carer please contact Slaithwaite Health Centre’s Carers Count Champion. The person you care for does not need to be registered with us.
