Do you need vaccinations?

Our Nurses can provide basic travel health advice and arrange for appropriate immunisations. Please complete the travel assessment form so that our nurses can check what vaccinations you will require. Please note that we only provide free NHS travel vaccinations, anything outside of this schedule you will need to attend a travel clinic. Please arrange an appointment for a travel consultation at least 6-8 weeks before departure if possible. Vaccines need time to take effect and some may require a course over several weeks.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Travel Vaccines - IMPORTANT

We ask that you allow at least 6-8 weeks prior to your holiday to arrange your travel vaccines. This allows the nurse to assess what vaccine requirements you need, to order the vaccines in and to ensure that we have available appointments to book you in. Vaccines need time to take effect and may require a course over several weeks.

If you do not allow enough time prior to your departure you may be advised to go to a local travel clinic.

Thank you for your co-operation

Travel Assessment

We offer basic travel advice and immunisation service. Please complete the travel assessment form so that our nurse can see what vaccinations you require. If you are travelling abroad please complete and submit the travel form in plenty of time (we recommend 6-8 weeks) before your journey.
